Nick Thorne - Director

Nick has been in the property industry for 15 years since leaving Business College, having gained previous experience in sales and lettings in local estate agencies during the 1990’s

Nick, alongside Natalie Oliver, set up the letting division of Oliver Thorne 13 years ago and now with a proven track record, successfully manages 180 properties in Basingstoke.

Father of two children, Georgia who attends Sherfield School and Harry who attends Fairfields School, he enjoys family life and has a passion for the game of golf. Nick is a well known member of Weybrook Park golf club, and can often be found in the local golfing community attending local charity events where he actively supports St. Michaels Hospice.

Natalie Oliver – Lettings Director

Natalie has been in the property business for 20 years in different sectors, gaining experience in mortgages, lettings and property management.

With Nick Thorne, Natalie purchased an independent letting agency 13 years ago, changed the name to "Oliver Thorne" and with drive and determination now manages a quality property portfolio, as well as several of their own properties.

Natalie is passionate about running her own business, she enjoys spending time with her children, socialising with family and friends and holidays.

David Craig – Sales Manager

David started his Estate Agency career 18 years ago in London at the end of the 1990’s recession and has also worked in Surrey, Berkshire, and Hampshire dealing with a vast variety of property in different and challenging markets.

David has successfully managed local Basingstoke Branches of estate agencies at directors’ level and therefore brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Oliver Thorne. He believes in being honest and the clients wishes are paramount.

When David is not working he enjoys playing Badminton, Squash and Football and enjoys nothing more than taking his 2 children Mia and Ashton away camping.

Stephen Douglas – Mortgage Advisor

Stephen has over 26 years experience in the Mortgage and Life Assurance market. He has become one of Basingstoke’s most recognisable names in this sector. Stephen is able to source a mortgage suitable to your own individual needs from the whole of the market.

Stephen started his financial services business over 11 years ago. He is well known and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience to a high level in his field. He likes to travel and can speak Spanish, read and play music, c-rock, full contact martial arts and is a keen artist.
