All the team look to support local events, local charities as well as national charity events.
This year for 2010 Sport Relief, Nick & Tim attended the Sandford Springs Golf Club. The event was well attended with teams from the Sandford and surrounding areas along with local businesses also entering teams. With the various events around the course along with the charity auction at the end of the day we all helped raise £3221 for Sports Relief.
Oliver Thorne‘s performance was steady throughout the wet Friday, winning 3rd place. We received our award from the club president Dickie Davies who attended the day. Dickie had also contributed to sports relief shown on bbc sports relief night.
